Terms of Service

By booking a dive or course with Paros Divers, you agree to:

  • Health Declaration: You confirm that you are fit to dive and have no medical conditions prohibited by diving regulations.
  • Safety: You agree to follow all instructions provided by our instructors/divemasters.
  • Equipment: You are responsible for the diving gear rented to you.
  • Certification: For guided dives, a valid diving certification and logbook must be presented.

Privacy Policy

  • Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how Paros Divers collects and uses your information.
  • Data Collection: We collect your name, email, and phone number only for booking purposes.
  • Payments: We do not store credit card details. All payments are processed securely via Wix and Klarna.
  • GDPR Compliance: You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Paros Divers, we strive to provide the best diving experience. Because our boat trips and courses have limited spots and require prior preparation, the following cancellation policy applies:


​1. Standard Reservations (Individual Divers)

  • Up to 72 hours (3 days) before the activity: Full refund (100%).
  • Between 48 hours (2 days) before the activity: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours (1 day) or "No-show": No refund.


​2. Private Boat Bookings & Exclusive Groups

For all private charters and exclusive boat bookings, the deposit is strictly non-refundable.

When you book the entire boat, we commit our resources and decline all other booking requests for that date. Therefore, the deposit serves as a guarantee for the exclusivity of the service and is not subject to refund in case of cancellation, change of plans, or no-show.

3. Weather & Safety

If Paros Divers cancels a dive due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a 100% full refund or the option to reschedule for another date.

Data We Collect

Online reservation procedure

Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.

Data given automatically

There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.

Data given from other sources

Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.

Data we share with others

We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
